The Booking Process
Step One - Contact
Reach out and tell us about your event.
We can schedule a call to discuss specifics of your ideal beverage experience.
Step Two - Proposal
The information that we gather will be assembled into a package and pricing format for your review.
Step Three - Contract & Deposit
When you are ready to Rock and Roll - you can sign the agreement and pay a 50% deposit. Once those two tasks are complete - your date is officially reserved!
Step Four - Event Questionnaire
About 60 - 90 days before your event (or less if you book closer to your date) we will send an event questionnaire that allows us to confirm event details. We know a lot can still be up in the air if you're booking well in advance. The questionnaire will also help us learn your cocktail preferences if you booked a cocktail package. We will use these details to create the perfect cocktail tasting!
Step Five - Tasting/Consultation
All of our craft cocktail packages include an in-person tasting and pre-event consultation. Packages without cocktails will not include an in-person tasting, but the pre-event consultation will be included. The consultation is to finalize details, align expectations, clarify any last questions and finally get to see each other face to face!
